Julie & Dave's Restaurant, located in the Cenex Travel Center on Barron's east side, is the ultimate in family dining. We offer a full menu all day long specializing in hearty made from scratch breakfasts. There is something for everyone from burgers and sandwiches to a huge 24 oz T-Bone steak. We also offer the finest ice cream in the area, Bridgeman's Ice Cream.
The County Seat Saloon & Steakhouse is located on the Yellow River off of North Hwy 25 on Barron's north side. The 100 seat supper club overlooking the Yellow River has a sprawling deck, cocktail lounge and two comfortable dining rooms. It also offers "The Perfect Party Place" for any of your banquet or meeting needs. Offering a elegant dining menu of days gone by to the new tastes of today. Dave prepares each entree' with the upmost care.

Julie & I would like to annouce the arrival of our grandson Michael. He was born at 1:36 am weighing in at 4 lbs 8 ozs. The young man and mom are just doing fine. I got to hold him this morning and the first thing he said (gestured) was "Grandpa where are the spatulas?"
